About
Extended Learning & Practice Space As part of the Restorative Conversations program, participants receive access to a private learning space designed to support continued reflection, practice, and integration over time. This space is intentionally built as a living resource. It is designed to grow and evolve as participants move through the full-day training and the coaching sessions together. To begin, participants may find: - Key materials from the full-day training, including slides and select handouts - Reflection prompts to support preparation, self-assessment, and follow-through - Practice tools that reinforce the Spirit, Skills, and Steps of Restorative Conversations - As the program unfolds, this space will continue to expand in response to: - Questions that surface during training and coaching sessions - Real scenarios participants are navigating in their roles - Common challenges related to preparation, engagement, and follow-up - Insights that emerge as participants practice restorative conversations in real time Over time, additional materials may be added, such as: - Practice-based case studies - Guided reflection exercises - Updated worksheets and tools - Short learning resources to deepen skill and confidence - Content designed to support coaching others through restorative conversations This space is meant to be returned to—not just “completed.” Especially when: - A conversation feels difficult to initiate - You’re preparing for a restorative conversation and want to slow down - You want to reflect on how a conversation went and what you might do differently - You’re supporting a team member in preparing for their own restorative conversation Access to this space is available exclusively to participants who have completed the full-day Restorative Conversations training. It is designed to support learning before, between, and alongside coaching sessions, and to remain available as a resource throughout the year.
